Ghana’s dancehall act, Stonebwoy has won the 2015 BET Award for Best African Act at the pre-taped ceremony, ahead of the main Awards in Los Angeles.
Stonebwoy was nominated alongside Ghana’s Sarkodie, alongside South Africans, AKA and The Soil, Congolese singer Fally Ipupa, Kenyan Afro-Pop band Sauti Sol, and two Nigerian Pop stars, Wizkid and Yemi Alade.
